Where can I find my travel confirmations?

When you will book through us, you will be redirected to our partner sites who will process your booking. If you have entered all your information correctly, you will receive confirmation from them within 1-2 hours maximum although most confirm the services immediately. If you face any trouble, please do not hesitate to contact us at admin@tripprodigy.com.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is very essential for travellers and should be taken out at the time of booking. We have partnered with travel insurance companies to give you the best options. Search, compare and get your policy instantly. Please keep in mind that for some tours, you must provide proof of your travel insurance to be a part of it.

Is there a fee to book on your site?

We do not charge any kind of service fees for booking on our website whether it be hotels, flights or other services.

How do I find out about the visa requirements for the trip I am interested in?

While we do not include visa information on our website yet. Therefore we always recommend that passengers check with their local embassy or travel agents as visa rules can change frequently. Embassy websites in your home country will always have information about requirements, visa costs and will provide the required forms for your visa applications.

What is the best way to carry money?

Cash, cards and travel money cards are all commonly used. What are the medical and vaccination requirements? Please see your local GP or travel doctor for details and advice about current vaccination requirements. As we are not healthcare professionals, we do not provide specific advice regarding this issue.

Why does the flight price change during the booking process?

Airfare is not guaranteed until your reservation has been booked. Until then, the airline may change the fare or the initial seats shown may become unavailable, causing a change in price.

How do I change or cancel my flight reservation?

To change or cancel your flight, please call your airline directly or contact our partner site through whom you have booked. Please do not forget quoting your confirmation number, as it may delay their response.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All our bookings are processed by our partner sites and we do not carry out transactions ourselves. The most commonly accepted forms of payments are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and JCB.

How can I get my seats assigned?

You can enter your seating preference when making your reservation. Our airline partners will attempt to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it. You can also log onto the airline’s website using your confirmation details to select your seat.

What are the baggage restrictions for the flights?

Baggage size and weight restrictions vary by airline. During the time of booking, they should be showing it to you. However, if you need additional allowance, then please contact the airline directly.

How do I change or cancel my flight reservation?

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Is my card charged at the time of booking?

All our partner sites have different requirements. It will be made clear to you whether you will be charged for reservation during the time of booking.

Is my reservation confirmed with the hotel immediately after I book it?

Your booking is confirmed and guaranteed once you have received the confirmation. However, you may not be assigned to an actual room or be given a room number until you check in.
